Austin Speech Therapy was founded by Angela Sotolongo-Grewal, MS, CCC-SLP, a bilingual speech-language pathologist with a passion for supporting children through individualized, neurodiversity-affirming care. With experience in both pediatric and adult settings, Angela specializes in early intervention, speech & language development in autism, and articulation delays.
As a mother to a neurodivergent child herself, Angela brings both clinical expertise and deep empathy to every family she works with. Her mission is simple: to help every child feel understood, supported, and empowered to communicate in their own way.
Our team—composed of dedicated and highly trained speech therapists—share this vision. Each therapist is mentored directly by Angela and trained in child-led, innovative methods that honor each child’s unique communication style. Whether we’re helping a toddler begin using their first words, supporting an autistic child in building meaningful communication, or helping a school-age child improve speech clarity, we tailor our therapy to meet the needs of the whole child.
