Angela Sotolongo-Grewal is the founder and lead speech-language pathologist at Austin Speech Therapy. As a bilingual Spanish-speaking clinician with a Master’s degree from Nova Southeastern University, Angela brings both clinical expertise and heartfelt compassion to her work with children and families.
With a deep-rooted passion for neurodiversity-affirming, play-based, and sensory-integrated therapy, Angela specializes in supporting autistic children and those with complex communication needs. Her approach is grounded in empathy, innovation, and holistic practices ensuring that every child receives care tailored to their unique strengths and challenges.

Before founding Austin Speech Therapy, Angela gained experience across a variety of adult and pediatric settings, including skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, outpatient clinics, home health, and private practice.
Angela is also a proud Austin resident, a mother of two including a neurodivergent childvand an advocate for whole-family care. Her personal experiences allow her to connect deeply with the families she serves and to provide guidance with warmth and authenticity.
Angela leads a dedicated team of therapists who share her mission and philosophy. Each clinician is carefully trained by Angela in her integrative, neurodiversity-affirming methods. From sensory-based play to gestalt language strategies, the team is equipped to deliver high-quality, compassionate care.
